Michael Osborn

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael Edward Osborn Sr., who left us on January 17, 2026, at the age of 82. Born on April 12, 1943, in Dayton, Ohio, Michael spent his life surrounded by family, friends, and the great outdoors, where he found joy in fishing and hunting during his younger years. The sound of laughter and the thrill of the chase were just a few of the things that filled his days, alongside leisurely rounds of golf that brought him much happiness.

Michael will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Margie Osborn, and his cherished son, Michael Osborn Jr., along with daughter-in-law Miriam Lisa Osborn. His legacy lives on through his grandchildren, Daniel (Amanda) Osborn, and Chelsea (Trey) Gross and great grandchildren : Isabelle, Clara, Raymond, Bo Thomas and Reed who will carry forth the lessons, love, and laughter he imparted to them.

Michael is also survived by his brothers, Robert (Violet) Osborn and Jerry (Carol) Osborn, who all became part of many cherished family gatherings and memories through the years.

The family will be hosting a funeral service in honor of Michael at Evans Funeral Home in Goshen on January 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Friends and family will have the opportunity to pay their respects during a visitation one hour prior, starting at 10:00 AM that same day. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at 12:00 PM at Graceland Memorial Gardens 5989 Deerfield Road, Milford, Ohio.

Michael was preceded in death by: sister Bonnie Ryan and parents Sam & Maude Osborn.
