Milda Ferne Croswait

Milda Ferne Shelton Croswait age 87, of Milford passed away at her residence Feb. 15, 2018. She was born Oct. 3, 1930 in Mt Vernon, Illinois the daughter of Silas and Josephine (nee Dale) Shelton. She was a school secretary for the former Pleasant Hill Elementary and Our Lady of Mercy Hospital in Mariemont and Anderson before her retirement. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her her son Michael Croswait in 2011, her sister; Delores Dowdell and a nephew; Allen Dowdell. She is survived by her daughter-in-law; Jane Croswait, a neice; Barbara (Doug) Curtis, 3 grand nieces, 1 grand nephew, and seven great grand nieces and nephews; and her special kitty, Snowflake. Visitation will be 2:00 PM Sunday, February 18, 2018 at the Evans Funeral Home, Milford with a service at 3:00 PM. Rev. Gary Zornes will officiate. Milda will be laid to rest at Kirk Cemetery in Mt.
