**Obituary for Mildred Darlene Edwards**

Mildred Darlene Edwards, born on August 18, 1952, in Springdale, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2025, at her home in Loveland, Ohio. She was a loving mother, devoted sister, and a friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Mildred spent her days ensuring that her loved ones felt cherished. She believed in the beauty of simplicity and the joy of family. Her heart swelled with pride as she watched her children-Dena Long (Steve R), Donna (Danny) Walters, Don Edwards Jr., and Dianna (Steve) Lapp-grow and become parents themselves. "I love you so much, and I did the best I could do for you all," was her message to her family, a testament to her unwavering love and dedication.

An avid lover of life, Mildred treasured dancing to live music and making memories surrounded by the people she adored. She found joy in the mountains, and her favorite color, blue, always reminded her of the sky above. Her fondness for horses and white roses perfectly reflected her gentle spirit and her appreciation for the little things in life.

Mildred will be lovingly remembered by her brother, Skip Songer, George Songer, half brother Delmer Harrison, half sister Karen Harrison and her step-sisters, Wilma Gilbert, and Patricia Campbell.

A celebration of Mildred's life will take place on March 29, 2025, at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford, Ohio. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am.

In honoring her memory, we invite all who knew her to come together, laugh, and share stories of the incredible woman she was. Her spirit will forever dance among us.
