LEWIS, Mildred Ann (nee Dale) - Beloved wife of the late Stanley J. Lewis; Devoted mother of Wayne (Michelle) Mayfield, Beatrice Ann (the late Albert Steve) Campbell, Stanley Dale (Diana) Lewis, Steven Mark (Tena) Lewis, and the late Connie L. Carr; Grandmother of Brandy, Susie, Joey, Stevie, Little Connie, Little Dale, Crystal, Jason, Steven Mark Jr., James, and Stephanie; Great grandmother and Great - Great grandmother of many; Sister of the late Frank Dale, Wade Dale, Virgil "V.D." Dale, Harley Dale and Rilly Slavey; Mildred will be missed by many nieces , nephews, cousins, friends and by those who knew and loved her. Passed away Saturday November 7, 2020 Age 92 years; Resident of Union Township; Visitation will be at Evans Funeral Home - Milford 741 Center Street Milford, OH 45150 Wednesday November 11, 2020 from 10:30 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:30 AM; Burial to follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens.
