Montie Taylor beloved husband of 52 years to the late Ruth (nee Uebel) Taylor; loving father of Sandy (Bill) Maple; dear grandfather of Taylor Maple; one of 16 brothers and sisters. Passed away Wednesday May 13, 2015. Age 91. Residence Goshen Township. Mr. Taylor was a US Navy veteran of WWII. He worked as a foreman for the Dualite Company where he retired after 40 years of service. He was a member of the Owensville Gun Club and the Goshen Masonic Lodge #119. He was known locally as the "Tomato Man". Friends may call Monday May 18th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St Rt 28, Goshen, OH. Goshen Lodge #119 will conduct a masonic service at 7:30 PM on Monday evening at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday May 19th at the funeral home. Burial with military honors at Graceland Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Cincinnati, PO Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263-3597.
