Neil Gillis Shoemaker

Neil Gillis Shoemaker beloved son of Anna (nee Smallwood) Shoemaker and the late Gillis Shoemaker; loving father of Nicholas (Jenna) Shoemaker and Allyson (Chris) Ortlepp; cherished "Big Grandpa" of Jackson Ortlepp and Case Shoemaker; dear brother of Steve (Kim) Shoemaker and Bill Shoemaker. Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Monday February 22, 2021. Age 51. Residence Batavia, Ohio. Neil was a 1987 graduate of Indian Hill High School where he played football. He then attended and graduated from ITT Tech. Neil was a lead telecommunications technician with Verizon. He will be greatly missed and pleasantly remembered. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center St,, Milford, OH on Saturday February 27th from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Graveside service will follow at 12:30 PM at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 10209 Plainfield Rd, Blue Ash, Ohio.
