Norine Marie Brandstetter

Norine Marie (Wietmarschen) Brandstetter, age 71, peacefully passed away on November 13, 2023. Born on May 15, 1952, she was the beloved daughter of the late George and Norine (Even) Wietmarschen. Norine found joy in simple pleasures like walking and cherished moments such as shopping with her daughter. One of her favorite pastimes was traveling to Tunica, Mississippi, with her husband and friends to indulge in some gambling excitement.

However, her greatest passion in life was her grandchildren. From witnessing their first steps to cheering them on during sports, Norine was a constant presence in their lives. Her grandchildren adored her, especially when engaging in playful games together. In her heavenly rest, Norine will reunite with her husband, Ron, and we can imagine he has a slot machine ready for her arrival.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and is survived by her daughter Lynne (Eric) Carlisle and son Ronald (Jodi) Brandstetter. Norine was a devoted grandmother to Eric Carlisle, Jordan Carlisle, Anthony Carlisle, and Lena Brandstetter. She is also survived by her sisters Marilyn (Tom) Koehler, Mary Jane (Bobby) Isaacs, Phyllis (Bill) Brinkman, Naomi (Rick) Kump, Karen (Kerry) Clifton, brothers George (Kathie) Wietmarschen, Mike (Janet) Wietmarschen, Ken (Debbie) Wietmarschen, as well as extended family and friends. Preceded in death by her husband Ronald Brandstetter, parents George and Norine Wietmarschen and siblings Charlene Van Camp, Johny Wilking and Steve Wietmarschen.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Saviour Church, 4136 Myrtle Ave., Cincinnati, OH, at 11AM on Tuesday, November 21st, with visitation beginning at 10AM. The burial will take place at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Affinity
