Norma Hazard

Norma Jean Hazard, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on January 21, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on July 6, 1935, in Charleston, Missouri, she spent her later years in Milford, Ohio, where she created a warm and loving home.

Norma is survived by her daughter, Kathy Bowling (David) and her son, William Hazard, Jr. (Connie).

Her love and kindness will be missed by all who knew her.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate Norma's life on Wednesday January 28, 2026. A visitation will take place from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held, with burial to follow at 3:00 PM at Graceland Memorial Gardens 5989 Deerfield Road, Milford, OH 45150.

As we say goodbye to this loving woman, let's remember the warmth of her smile, her adventurous spirit, and the memories that will forever live on in our hearts.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, William Hazard Sr., parents Gilbert & Cecil Carlisle, sister Helen Kniepp, brother Steven Carlisle and cherished granddaughter Allison Bowling.
