Orville B. Ramsey

Orville B. Ramsey, 79, of Blanchester, Ohio suddenly passed away on August 11, 2017 at his home in Blanchester, Ohio.

Visitation will be Tuesday August 15th 5-7pm at the Stonelick Church of the Brethren, 6426 SR 727 Pleasant Plain, Ohio 45162.

Funeral services will be held immediately after the visitation at 7pm with Sr. Pastor Sie Brock Jr. of the Stonelick Church of the Brethren, officiating.

Orville was born in Island City, Kentucky and the son of Sam Ramsey and Pearl Duttenhoffer (nee Rowlan) on October 19th, 1937. He worked as a master upholsterer for Leugers furniture and was a member of the Edenton Masonic Lodge.

Orville is survived by his devoted wife of 45 years Deborah A. Ramsey (nee Berning); Children, Terry Ramsey, Randy Ramsey, Mike Ramsey, Lynn Ramsey and Greg (Michelle) Althammer; 2nd Father to Jessica (Brian) Hamilton (nee Brandenburg); Siblings, Robert (Theresa) Duttenhoffer, Linda Duttenhoffer; Grandchildren, Joey, Terry Jr.(Tracy), Brandon, Ashley, Brittany (Nick), Dustin, Caleb, Bryan (Kaylyn), Deanna (Ryan), Riley, Chase, Zoey, Brody, 11 great-Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
