Pamela Kay Beverly

February 27, 1954 — February 1, 2025

Pamela Beverly, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully following a lengthy illness, on February 1, 2025, in the UC Medical Center. She was born on February 27, 1954, in Highland Heights, Kentucky, and spent her life as a dedicated housewife, nurturing not just her home, but also her vibrant family.

Pamela's warmth and generosity of spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Known for her passion for shopping—especially at Goodwill—she had a knack for finding treasures and unique gifts. Pamela found immense joy in cooking for her loved ones, infusing every meal with love and care. Her affection for animals added to the richness of her life, as they were sources of joy and comfort.

A person with a remarkable mind for numbers, Pamela had a way of bringing together the threads of life, weaving them into a tapestry of cherished moments and memories. Yet, her greatest love was undeniably her family. She is survived by her mother Jewel Thornton Mills, daughters Robin (Don) Robinson, Desarae Patton, and Autumn (Rudy Gonzalez) Beverly, as well as her sister Jean (Wayne) Boblitt and brother Rodney Thornton. Pamela was a proud grandmother to Beth, Sean, Brittany, Becca, Billie Joe, Tamera, Gunnar, and Maliya; great grandkids Serenidi, Starr, Skye, Braylon, Niveah, Elrik, Audrey, Bella, Jonathon, Ivory, Jagger, and Sonja, each of whom held a special place in her heart. She was also survived by her fur grandkids.

Pamela’s life will be honored during a funeral service at Evans Funeral Home in Goshen, Ohio, on February 8, 2025, at 10:30 am. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during a visitation at the same location, beginning at 9:30 am. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Myers Cemetery.

As we remember Pamela, we hold dear the laughter she shared, the gifts she gave, and the love she instilled in her family. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of her loved ones, and she will forever be a guiding light in their lives.

Pamela was preceded in death by: father Harold Thornton, husband Douglas Beverly, daughter Tonya Sherrill, sister Kathy, and grandkids David, Dartanyon, and Kevin. "
