Patricia Kathryn Ann Brumfield

Patricia Kathryn Ann "Katie" Brumfield, age 33, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Her loss leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Katie is survived by her devoted husband, Richie; her adoptive mother, Mary; several half‑siblings; her aunts and uncles; and her grandparents. Each carries forward her memory, her laughter, and the light she brought into their lives.

Katie was an extraordinary force of nature-vibrant, unforgettable, and full of a spirit that drew people in. She cherished her family and friends deeply, and her love for animals was a defining part of who she was. Her loyal companion, Luna, whom she lovingly raised from a puppy, remained one of her greatest joys.

Born and raised in Fairfax, Katie grew up surrounded by the love of both her Biological relatives and her adoptive family. She held each of them close to her heart, and the affection they shared was mutual and unwavering.

Her presence was a gift, her love a blessing, and her memory will remain forever cherished.

A memorial service honoring Katie's life will be held on Saturday, February 14th, at 10:00 a.m. at Evans Funeral Home, located at 741 Center Street, Milford, Ohio 45150.
