Patricia Lee Hawkes

Patricia (Pat) Lee Hawkes (nee Jeffery), age 74, passed away May 22, 2019. She was born on September 21, 1944 in Lebanon, Ohio. Loving wife and survived by her husband Gary Hawkes, her two sons Brent Hawkes and Jeff (Stephanie) and, grandsons, their two boys Maxwell and Zachary Hawkes. Also survived by her sister Dolores Smith and her nephew and niece. Visitation will be held at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, Ohio 45150 on May 28, 2019 from 6pm-8pm. Services will be held May 29, 2019 10am at Evans Funeral Home. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, 234 Center Street (State Route 126) Miamiville, Ohio 45147. In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice in her name.
