Patricia Gail Libbee (Gailey), 84, passed away on Monday March 25, 2024, at the Mariemont Care Center. Patricia was born on January 2, 1940 in Covington, Kentucky, to Genevieve Alvina Gailey (Darling) and John Samuel Gailey.

Patricia grew up in Dayton, KY and the East End of Cincinnati. She married Donald Libbee in 1957 and moved to Clermont County in 1960, where she resided until 2022. Patricia and Donald were blessed with four daughters. Patricia was a devoted mother and housewife for many years. She also provided child care to most of her six grandchildren before entering the workforce in 1995 at the Salvation Army where she worked for 20 years.

Patricia was a talented artist and especially loved Halloween. She enjoyed, gardening, shopping, animals, holidays and spending time with her family. She was a long-term member at Withamsville Church of Christ.

Patricia is survived by her brother Jerry (Vicky) Gailey; sister Jo Carol (Mark) Neibert; children Sue (Tim) Beck, Carolyn Libbee (Mark) and Nancy (Jason) Elam; six grandchildren: John Bartley, Amanda (Brian) Beck-Myers, Sara Arthon, Jessica Pemberton, Brandon Beck, and Stephanie (Travis) Short; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and five nieces.

She was preceded in death by her ex-husband Donald Libbee, daughter Donna Bartley, brother Parish " Sammy " Culbertson, and son-in-law Timothy Beck.

Patricia will be remembered for her kindness, witty personality, and fiery spirit that served to strengthen everyone she met.

Visitation will be from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at Evans Funeral Home located at 741 Center St. in Milford, Ohio on Monday April 1, 2024. Funeral service to follow at 7 pm. Patricia's final resting place and burial service will be at 1 pm, Tuesday April 2nd at Mt Moriah Cemetery located at 686 Mt. Moriah Drive Cincinnati, Ohio 45245.
