Patricia Irene Patterson

Patricia Irene (Meyers) Patterson passed away of cancer on November 20, 2024. She was the daughter of W. Stanley Meyers and Grace I. (Miller) born in Canton, Ohio on October 2, 1940. Patricia was a 1958 graduate of Timken Vocational High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Robert Patterson, on May 1, 1960 at Simpson Methodist Church in Canton, Ohio.

Due to Bob's job with the Timken company Pat moved around the country often and made lifelong friends at each stop along the way. She loved learning new things and picked up skills such as canning, gardening, quilting, crocheting, and golfing from her friends. She was actively involved with her churches, most recently Epiphany UMC and Milford UMC, serving in the choir and donating her time and energy to service projects. Her gift baskets with homemade jams and jellies were especially prized at the holiday bazaar. She enjoyed wonderful relationships with her neighbors, especially the ladies' coffee group. Above all she was a dedicated and loving mother and grandmother, prizing time with her daughters and grandchildren.

Pat is survived by Bob, her loving husband of 64 years; her daughters Cynthia Patterson and Sandra (Jack) Boyer; grandchildren Megan (Kirk) Ralston and Thomas Reifenberg; and many extended family members and dear friends and neighbors.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters Dorothy Dornhecker and JoAnn Tallman.
