Patricia Lynn Shaw

Patricia Lynn Shaw passed away on September 3, 2024, at the age of 91. She was born on December 14, 1932, to Oscar "Chic" and Cora (nee Martin) McCoy, in Mariemont, OH.

Pat is survived by her daughter Connie (Steve) Knuckles; Dear sister of Melrose and Jimmy. She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Along with her parents, Pat is preceded in death by her husband Walter E. Shaw Sr.; Her children William "Billy" Thornberry and Chris Thornberry, and her siblings Beatrice, Peggy, Dorothy, Betty, Donald, and Robert.

Pat was known for her dedication as a Life Member of the VFW, where she graciously spent over 40 years working part-time and contributing to the organization. In her leisure time, Patricia had a love for NASCAR and was known for her impressive skills as a euchre player, bringing joy and laughter to those fortunate enough to engage in a game with her.

Funeral services to celebrate Patricia's life will be held at Evans Funeral Home in Goshen on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens - 5989 Deerfield Road, Milford, OH 45150.
