Patricia Ruth Singleton

Patricia Ruth Singleton, at age 90 and surrounded by love, went to be with the Lord on July 17, 2024.

Her birth was in Monmouth, Illinois to Kathryn Smith, nee Anjal. She is preceded in death by her devoted and loving husband of 41 years, Paul Singleton, along with her brother Wayne Smith and one grandchild. Her children are Randy (Emma) Hignite, Rick Hignite, Julie (Vinton) Goure, Jackie (Randy) Miller. Her stepsons are Paul (Kathy) Singleton Jr. and Steve Singleton. Her love overflowed for her 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Patricia is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

With a passion for nursing she pursued her LPN later in life and enjoyed working at Mercy Mariemont. Her caring and compassionate nature made this a perfect fit. She enjoyed crafting and decorating cakes for many family occasions.

Patricia and her husband were actively involved at Summit City Church for many years where they found solace and community with other Christians. Her legacy of kindness, generosity, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her and she will be dearly missed.

Her celebration of life service will be at Summit City Church on Saturday July 20, 2024 at 7950 Pfeiffer Rd. Montgomery, Ohio 45242. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 PM. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford, Ohio.
