Patsy June (nee Smithers) Ratliff beloved wife of the late Frederick Ratliff Sr.; loving mother of Marie Young, Geneva Ratliff, Linda (John) Wagers, Frederick Ratliff Jr. and Theodore Ratliff; cherished grandmother of Anthony, Sinead, Jessica, Samantha and the late Justin; great grandmother of Kiera, Konnor, Kaleb, Zoey, Skylar and Jaden. She was preceded in death by her parents, Spencer and Geneva (nee Bowling) Smithers; and her sisters, Betty Guy and Fay Kidd. Passed away Wednesday November 22, 2017. Age 81. Residence Goshen. Services at the convenience of the family. The family requests that memorial donations be given to the Evans Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
