Peggy Walls

Peggy Helen Walls of Batavia, Ohio, formerly of Milford, Ohio and Church Hill, Tennessee, peacefully passed into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus on November 19, 2025, at the age of 85.

Born on January 28, 1940, in Church Hill, Tennessee, Peggy never shied away from telling people what she thought, but her tough exterior could not disguise her natural care-giving ways. A strong, resilient woman, after facing tragic losses and several health battles, Peggy persevered and continued to look out for others and find beauty in God's creation. She would frequently look at the sky and say, "God sure knew what He was doing when He made that."

Peggy is preceded in death by her husband, Philip G. Walls, and her sons, Philip Brett Walls and Anthony Craig Walls. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Bauman, son-in-law Michael Bauman, her cherished grandchildren, Natalie (fiancé Wesley Harkins) Bauman, Audra Catherine Walls, Kyle (Raelee) Gardner, Casey (Lonnie) Jenkins, Dylan Norton, and Tara Norton (Nathan Paskal), as well as daughters-in-law Gayle Walls and Michelle Norton Walls (David Bright). She also leaves behind her brother Claude Davis (Janice), sister-in-law Dorothy Davis, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings Robert Davis, Stella Sensabaugh, Bill Davis, Garland Davis, and Louise McClain.

The family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, in Milford, on Tuesday, December 23rd from 6 PM until time of the memorial service beginning at 7 PM. Peggy's remains will be interred at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Church Hill, Tennessee, with her mommy and daddy, Ollie and Gaines Davis, at a later date. Memorials made be made in Peggy's name to First Baptist Church of Glen Este's Sack Lunch Saturday ministry.
