Philip Allen Trickey age 68 of Camp Dennison, Ohio died Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the Meadowbrook Care Center. He was born July 22, 1948 in Cincinnati the son of Frank and Pauline Stevens Trickey. He was a 1966 graduate of Deer Park High School. Philip was a Journeyman Tool & Die maker for 50 years with the Opitz and the Vi-Cas Companies. His hobby and love was being an Atristic Blacksmith for over 30 years. His design of an iron cross has been distributed world wide. On June 13, 1992 he married Gail Brown Trickey, who survives, along with his children; Michelle Trickey, Carol (Jared) Jester, Rebecca Yelton and Scott Yelton, 8 grandchildren, brother and sister-in-law, Dave & Brenda Trickey and a niece and nephew. Services will be 10:30AM Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016 at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Reverend Randy Rice will officiate. Burial will follow in the Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati. Family and friends may call 6:00 to 8:00PM on Wednesday at the Evans Funeral Home, Milford. His family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Crossroads Hospice, 4380 Glendale Milford Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45242.
