Philip G. Walls cherished husband of 56 years to Peggy H. (nee Davis) Walls; loving father of Philip Brett (Gayle) Walls, Lisa (Michael) Bauman and the late Anthony Craig (Michelle) Walls; beloved "Pop Phil" of Natalie Lake Bauman, Audra Catherine Walls, Kyle (Raelee) Gardner, Casey (Lonnie) Jenkins, Dylan Norton and Tara Norton; great grandfather of Avery Gardner and Jolena Mae Jenkins; dear brother of Bobbie Smith, Jack Walls, Ed Walls and Warren Walls; uncle of Robin Hall. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Everett and Ada (nee Walden) Walls; and siblings, Marjorie Partin, Norma Kelly, Vernon Walls and Dixie Walls. Went home to be with the Lord on Saturday June 11, 2016. Age 79. Residence Batavia. Phil was a veteran of the US Navy. He was an over the road trucker started with McLean Trucking Company and retired from ABF Freight. Visitation will be Thursday June 16th from 5:30 PM until time of Memorial Service at 7:30 PM at the Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center St., Milford, OH 45150.
