Phillip Russell Carter

Phillip Russell Carter, beloved husband of Bobbie Moore Carter, devoted father of Christopher Carter and Robert (Hanna) Carter, loving grandfather of Ben Carter, cherished son of Patrick and Sarah Carter, dear brother of Sharon (Jim) Maloney and Gary Carter, uncle of Josh Maloney and Sarah Maloney, he is also survived by other family members and a host of friends. Passed away suddenly on March 31, 2019 at the age of 54. He was a resident of Lakeland, Florida and formerly of Dayton, Ohio. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, on Monday, April 8th from 10 AM until time of funeral services beginning at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Batavia Union Cemetery.
