Phillip James Minton

Phillip James Minton 37, peacefully passed away in the early morning hours of July 9th 2022 at his residence in Melbourne KY. Phillip was born on November 28th 1984 in Cincinnati Ohio. He attended Turpin High School. Phillip was known for his compassionate but comedic personality. While working in customer service Philip knew no stranger, sharing his passion for football, music, movies, gaming, and electronics. If you asked, he’d tell you his greatest accomplishments are his children. He cherished the time he could be a stay at home dad, giving his undivided attention to making them happy. He is so proud to be their father. Considered the “Teddy bear brother” Phillip could; relieve fears with his engulfing hugs, turn frowns around with his contagious smile, distract from life’s stresses with engaging conversation, and so much more. When Phillip met Elisha they had an Instant, unimaginable bond that consisted of friendship, and admirable love for each other. Being Donna’s youngest son,Phillip embraced being a momas boy and wasn’t ashamed to show his love for his mother, giving the best massages, that money couldn’t buy. Preceded in death by grandparents; Russell Minton, Mary Rosalie Bell, and Leroy Butler. Survived by his significant other Elisha Stewart. Beloved son of Donna Nolte and James Minton. Cherished grandson of Lilly Minton. Proud father of Everett Minton 14, and Aiden Minton 4. Step father to Harley Taylor 13. Adored sibling of; Tammy Bonapfel, Douglas (Erica) Jones, Christopher (Stephen) Smith, Angelica Arp, Dawson Minton, Ember Minton, Crystal Moran, Ashley walls, Brittany Walls, Carrie Walls. Admired uncle to; David (Erica), Jessica, Dakota, Hunter, Cameron, Evan, Elijah, Isabella, Ben. Great Uncle to Xavier, Austin and Amarah. Services will be Friday, July 15, 2022 at 12pm.
