(nee Bennett) Phipps beloved wife of Bobby Joe Phipps; loving mother of Robyn Phipps; dear grandmother of Isabella LeeAnn Phipps and Christopher Blade Hadley; sister of Garry Lynn Bennett and Ronnie Bennett. She was preceded in death by her parents; Henry and Cora (nee Adams) Bennett; and brothers, Donnie Bennett Sr. and Wayne Bennett. Passed away May 21, 2017. Age 65. Residence Milford. Memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Cincinnati.
