Phyllis Ann Neal

Phyllis A. Neal (nee Ashcraft), beloved wife of Stephen Neal, mother of Kevin (Molly) Neal and Jeffrey (Crystal) Neal, step-mother of Douglas Neal and Rebecca (Robin) Stringer, grandmother of Ella, Kylie, Bethany, Megan, Joshua, Abram, Julie, Katie and John, great-grandmother of Jaylynn, Michael and Devan, sister of Paulette Trump, Cindy Vonuehm, Michael Ashcraft, Mark Ashcraft, the late Charles Ashcraft and the late Patricia Davis, also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at the age of 67. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28 Goshen, on Friday, December 2nd from 6-8 PM with the Goshen OES #382 services beginning at 7 PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday beginning at 10 AM. Burial to follow at Neal's Family Cemetery.
