Phyllis Carolyn Wooten, 74 years old, passed away on November 17, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul, her parents James and Vera Turner Fitch, and two brothers, Philip Fitch and Vincent Fitch. She is survived by her sisters; Helen (Mel) White and Yvonne Mack, her brothers; Calvin Fitch and Vernon (Lindsey) Fitch and many nieces, nephews and friends.
