Rachel Seeberger

Rachel Seeberger passed away peacefully on 7-24-24 at 2:09pm. She was 49 years old.

Rachel was a passionate gardener, cook and forager. She loved to travel and learn about other cultures. Rachel dreamt of opening a restaurant that catered to healthy living, and food that feeds the soul. In April of 2012 Rachel, her husband Marc and their 3 sons Austin, Matthew and Jacob worked tirelessly and opened Bite Restaurant. Rachel was an amazing woman. She was nurturing and always found ways to show her family how much she loved them.

Her helping and healing presence will continue to be felt by her husband Marc, her three sons Austin, Matthew and Jacob, and her parents Lisa and Richard Johnson. Her sisters Rebecca Monoskie and Robin Heslar, as well as her large loving family. Rachel lived a full and beautiful life.

Rachels family and friends will celebrate her life with a visitation on August 1st at 2:00pm at Evans funeral Home. Location is 741 Center Street, Milford, OH 45150.
