Ralph J. Scott, beloved husband of Virginia "Ginny" Scott, devoted father of Rodney (Donna) Scott and the late Stevie Scott, loving grandfather of Stephanie Scott, Carrie (Nick) Spreen and Nikki Scott, great-grandfather of Stelon Roark, Kaylon Roark, Daulton Huxel, Jadeyn Spreen, Aubrie Huxel, Gannon Spreen, Sawyer Spreen, Joshua Scott, Harper Scott and Crosley Spreen, brother of the late Betty Clark, Herb Scott, Clarence Scott and Ed Scott. Passed away on February 19, 2021 at the age of 89. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Tuesday, February 23rd from 12 PM until time of funeral services beginning at 1 PM. Burial will follow at Goshen Cemetery.
