Randall Aaron Helton

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Randall Aaron Helton, a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, and friend, who left this world far too soon on September 11, 2025, in Loveland, Ohio. Born on March 9, 1995, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Randall brightened the lives of everyone who had the privilege to know him. Randall was a passionate firefighter and EMT. He recently served the communities of Elmwood and Stonelick Township.

Randall will be remembered for his quick wit, beautiful smile, great sense of humor, and his infectious laugh. Outside of his work, Randall was a talented musician who had a strong love of his guitar. Randall taught himself at a young age to play music and taught others how to play guitar. He loved fishing and spending time with family and friends. Randall's proudest moments were the birth of his two sons Michael and Andrew. He loved his boys more than anything.

Randall leaves behind his father, Rick Helton; his beloved sons, Michael and Andrew; sisters Charissa (Jerry) Scurlock, Tasha (Chris) Danzilo, and Ricki Helton; and his grandmother, JoAnn Sturgill as well as many nieces and nephews. The bond they shared will forever be treasured in their hearts, and his memory will live on through the stories they will share.

Funeral services will be held at Evans Funeral Home in Milford on September 17, 2025. A visitation is scheduled for 11:00 AM, followed by the service at 12:00 PM, with burial to follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that those who wish to honor Randall's memory consider assisting with funeral expenses. Your support will mean the world to his family during this difficult time.

As we say goodbye to Randall, let us remember the warmth he brought to our lives, the love he imparted to his family, and the laughter that filled the spaces he occupied. He may be gone, but he will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, Randall.
