Rebecca Lynn Parker

Rebecca Lynn (Becky) Parker, age 58, passed away on October 18, 2023.

Becky was born on April 17,1965 in Kettering, Ohio to Charles and Susan Hardisty.

She married Jimmie Parker on November 29, 2008.

Becky earned a Bachelor degree from Miami University and a Master’s in Education from the University of Cincinnati. She taught for 32 years with the majority of those teaching math at Milford Junior High. Becky enjoyed traveling, riding horses, and loved relaxing on the beach watching the sunsets. She also enjoyed reading and rooting for the University of Michigan. Go Big Blue! Becky will best be remembered for her tireless work ethic, her unwavering devotion to her students, her caring nature, and her kindness.

Becky is survived by her loving husband Jimmie Parker. Mom Susan Hardisty and brother Steve Hardisty. Also survived by her cousins Kristin (Brian) Clemons and Kevin (Cherish) Clark and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Becky will be held at Milford First United Methodist Church (541 Main St, Milford, OH 45150) on Saturday, November 4, 2023, beginning at 10:00am with a Memorial Service immediately followed by a Celebration of Life Open House from 10:30-12:30. (Please dress casually and wear blue.)
