Howerton, Regina M., (nee Rein), beloved wife of David W. Howerton, devoted mother of Christine (Logan) Fetters and Kellie Jo (the late Travis Bell) Howerton, loving grandmother of Scarlett and Stella Fetters, dear sister of Judy (Ray) Stultz, Susan (David) Newberry and Sharon (Bradley) Minnick. She passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021, age 61, residence Felicity, OH. She was a longtime supporter of the Clermont County Junior Fair. Services will take place at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, Wednesday, April 14, 2021, 2:30 PM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 - 8 PM.
