Reverend Terry Rose

Reverend Terry Rose age 65 of Blanchester, went home to be with the Lord and join his wife in Heaven, on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at his home. He was born October 4, 1955 in Portsmouth, Ohio the son of Robert and Fannie (nee Tracey) Rose. His wife Norma was the love of his life and their families had introduced them at different family gatherings. He would speak fondly of them walking 11 miles to visit each other and some times they would meet in the middle. On January 19, 1974 they were married. Terry and Norma shared being in the minsistry, he was the pastor and she was the secretary of the Full Gospel Christian Assembly outside of Blanchester. This is the church where Terry was first saved and began his service in ministry, which will live on forever through the legacy of Christ through his family and church members.Terry retired after 34 years of service with Cincinnati Milacron in Blanchester and Afton. Terry is the loving father of Rev. Terry & Bonnie Rose Jr., Trina and Kasey Penny, grandchildren; Lindsay Rose (Matthew Combs), Nathaniel Wilson (Bridget McGuire) Hayley Wilson (Hunter Bare) Shelbie Rose, Kandace Penny (Justin Lucas), devoted grandfather of granddaughter Mariah Lucas dear brother of Barbara Richard, Irene (Billy) Shields, Gary & Joann Rose, Geraldine "Dini" (David) Feck, Sharon (Rolland) Hawkey, David (Gloria) Rose, brother-in-law of; Darla Rose, Charles Sinclair, Larry Tedrick, Diane "Sue" Fox and Gary Green. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his great-granddaughter; Paisley Nicole Lucas, siblings; Robert Rose, Carol (Dusty) Dameron, Katherine Sinclair, Sheila Tedrick, Russell Rose, and Betty Green. Visitation for family and friends will be 5:00 to 7:00 PM Monday, August 23, 2021 at the Evans Funeral Home. 1944 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, Ohio 45122. A Memorial Service at the Full Gospel Christian Assembly is being planned for a future date.
