ALLEN JR, RICHARD CARR - Devoted father of Richard (Valerie) Carr Allen III, Loving papaw of Briella Kaylor; Dear brother of Frank (Diane) Allen, Mark Allen, Deborah (the late Patrick) Murray, Tom (Jill) Allen, Chuck Allen, Karan (James) Allen, Roberta (Anthony) Morrison, Mary Rose (James) Redmon; Richard will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and by those who knew and loved him. Richard was an avid golfer who loved to golf whenever possible.
