Collins (nee Cammeresi); Devoted father of Richard (Ann) Collins, Michael (LeeAnn) Collins, and Ryan Collins; Papa of Clayton, Lucas, Alice, and Ezekiel; Dear brother of the late Gordon Baker; Passed away Tuesday December 25, 2018; Age 62; Resident Batavia, Ohio; Visitation will be at Evans Funeral Home - Milford 741 Center Street Thursday January 3, 2019 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM; Mass of Christian Burial at St. Margaret of Cortona Church 6000 Murray Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45227 Friday January 4, 2019 at 10:00 AM; Burial to Follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery; If so desired, memorials may be made to St. Margaret of Cortona Church.
