Richard lived a life marked by kindness and devotion. He is survived by his cherished children, Scott (Chera) Osborne, Josh (Trisch) Osborne, and Mandy (Wes) Burns. He was a proud grandfather to Nick, Seth, and Jake Osborne, and Evan and Kai Burns, who brought him immense joy and pride. Richard's legacy will forever resonate in the hearts of his family, and his gentle spirit will be deeply missed.

As a devoted brother, Richard shared a special bond with Denny Osborne, Jeanne Osborne, and Wanda (Jim) Marsteller, each of whom he loved dearly. Richard found great solace in his faith, cherished the companionship of his dogs, and reveled in the beauty of the outdoors. He appreciated moments of solitude, which allowed him to reflect on life and give generously to those around him.
