Skinner, Richard Lee, 87, passed June 30, 2019. Beloved husband of Mary A. Skinner (nee Hallet); Loving father of Beverly Dixon; Uncle of Linda Brady. Preceded in death by his son Bobby Skinner and daughter Andrea Hope Skinner. Friends and family are invited to attend the Memorial service 1 PM Friday July 5th at Sugar Run Valley Baptist Church 5886 SR 132 Morrow, OH 45152.
