Rita Ann Arnold (nee Davis), born June 24, 1944 in Morrow, Ohio departed this life Sunday September 5, 2021, at the age of 77 years. She was the daughter of Clarence and Estella Hope Davis (nee Spangler).

Rita was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward Gene Arnold and her brother, James Hallett. She is survived by her step children, Scott Edward (Amy) Arnold, and Kimberly Jo Patrick; her grandchildren, Zachary Arnold, Nicholas Arnold, and Angela Jo Patrick; her brother, Birchie Davis; her sisters, Mary (Richard) Skinner, Myrt Allen, and Margie Brooks; her sister in law, Robin Hallett and a multitude of nieces and nephews including her dearest Beverly, Benny, and Logan.

Rita worked with Edward at the family business (Mel Arnold Garage) for 27 years doing office work and cooking meals for their many employees and visitors. She was one hell of a cook and never met a mouth she wouldn't feed, be it attached to two legs or four. Rita once made over 1000 cookies in the course of 3 days.

There will be a Memorial service scheduled at a later date at Sugar Run Valley Baptist Church 5886 State Route 132 Morrow, Ohio 45152. Inurnment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery.
