Robert "Bob" Dunigan, age 85, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2026. He was born in Beattyville, Kentucky, to Wheeler and Geneva Dunigan.

Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Diane Dunigan. Bob and Diane shared 52 years of marriage, building a life together filled with love, family, and cherished memories.

He will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Bob is survived by his brothers, John Dunigan and his wife, Jane, and Roger Dunigan and his wife, Terry; his daughter, Renee Witt and her husband, Jon; and his son, Paul Dunigan and his wife, Rhonda.

He was a loving grandfather to Brittany Marx (Witt), Samantha Dunigan, Ryan Witt, Brady Dunigan, and Eli Dunigan. His family was a cherished part of his life, and he leaves behind many treasured memories that will live on in their hearts.

Bob's life was marked by the love he shared with his family and the lasting memories he created with those close to him.

A Celebration of Life for Robert will be scheduled at a later date.
