Robert Christopher Gibson

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Christopher Gibson, lovingly known as Chris, who left this world on July 17, 2026, at the age of 37. Born on December 30, 1988, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Robert J. Gibson and Trudy Delaney. Chris spent much of his life in Milford, where he was known for his warm heart, vibrant spirit, and deep love for his family and friends.

Chris was a devoted employee at Kroger, where he worked as a cashier and connected with many in the community. He had a passion for sports, proudly cheering for his teams: The Ohio State Buckeyes and the New England Patriots. A true fan of NASCAR, Chris found joy in the thrill of race day!

Beyond sports, Chris was a gaming enthusiast and loved rollercoasters, always seeking new adventures and thrill-seeking experiences. His soft-hearted nature and caring spirit made a lasting impact on all who knew him. Chris was actively involved in the First Baptist Church of Milford, participating in Master Club and dedicating time to the study of the Bible and prophecy. His faith was a cornerstone of his life, guiding him with compassion and love.

Chris is survived by his devoted parents, Bobby and Trudy Gibson; Dear nephew of Peggy Rogers, Karen Goedde, Kevin Gibson, and Jeremy Delaney; Cherished cousin of Tyler, Caitlyn, Sophie, and Libby.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at First Baptist Church of Milford. Funeral service will begin at 11:30 AM. Burial will immediately follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
