It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Robert Allen Haemmerle, on October 25, 2026, at the age of 82. Born on June 7, 1944, in Junction City, Kansas, to Robert F. Haemmerle and Myrtle F. Bahm. Bob lived a life characterized by passion, strength, and a fierce commitment to his family and friends.

Bob earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business and dedicated over 40 years of his career to the insurance industry as a Claims Supervisor for property and casualty, holding the esteemed CPCU designation.

An avid sports enthusiast, Bob was a die-hard Cincinnati Bengals fan. His spirited nature was further evident in his love for golf and poker, where he shared countless joyful moments with a close-knit group of friends. Robert was also known for his love of landscaping, traveling, and boating at the lake.

Bob was a fireball full of life and as stubborn as he was at times, he loved just as fiercely. He was known for his strong will and unmistakable charisma. His playful spirit was often showcased through his lighthearted jokes, and his animated conversations were punctuated with his signature finger-pointing. Yet, beneath this jovial exterior was a deeply caring man whose love for his children and grandchildren illuminated every aspect of his life. They were his pride and joy.

Bob was the devoted husband of 60 years to his late wife, Virginia L. Haemmerle (nee Butner); Loving father of Sharon (John) Cullen and Scott (Jenny) Haemmerle; Dear grandfather of Megan (Brandon) Densler, Nicholas (Krissy) Cullen, Abby (Jared) Holladay, Jenna Haemmerle, Josh Haemmerle, and Charlotte Haemmerle; Great grandfather of Layla cullen and Madelynn Densler: Brother-in-law of Jeannie Haemmerle. Bob is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Along with his wife and parents, Bob is preceded in death by his brother Michael Haemmerle.
