Irwin, Robert Lee, 83, passed July 18, 2018. Cherished father of Vicki Amshoff and Kenneth Irwin. Grandfather of Dylan Amshoff and Lindsey Irwin. Dear brother of Raymond (Betty Sue) Irwin, Donald (Velma) Irwin and Iola Butler. Preceded in death by Dorothy Hambly, Evelyn McHenry, Mildred Bailey and Elbert Irwin. Visitation Tuesday July 24th 10 - 11 AM. Memorial Service 11 AM. All at Evans Funeral Home 1944 State Route 28 Goshen, Ohio.
