(Mindy) Faulkner, Christopher (Christa) Faulkner, Kelly (Josh) Rush and Robbie Opp; Great-grandfather of Ashley Faulkner, Gabriella Rush and Logan Rush. Also survived by 2 sisters. Preceded in death by 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

Visitation Tuesday October 23rd 9:30 - 10:30. Funeral at 10:30. All at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center St. Milford, OH. Burial with Military honors at Graceland Memorial Gardens 5989 Deerfield Rd, Milford, OH.
