Bob Schmudde

Robert "Bob" George Schmudde was born on March 21, 1944, in Cincinnati, OH to the late Robert G. and Alvera (nee Jansen) Schmudde. Loving husband of 33 years to the late Donna Rae (nee Reiners) Schmudde; Cherished father of Amy (Ralph) Vilardo, Julianne (Rusty) Fletcher, and Lori (Rob) Sherman; Dear grandfather of Taylor Brewer, Olivia Oakes, Maxwell Brewer, Will Fletcher, Sam Fletcher, Brandon Melton, and Luke Melton; Brother of Allen Schmudde and Marilynne Lindsay.

Bob loved the outdoors. He enjoyed trap shooting, spending time down at the river camping and boating, and liked building bird houses. Bob liked to travel to the Smoky Mountains and spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Bob passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 79. Resident of Lebanon, Ohio. A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at St. Veronica Catholic Church – 4473 Mt. Carmel Tobasco Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45244 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery – 11000 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati. (Link at bottom)
