Robert E. Tarter Jr.

Robert E. Tarter Jr. age 64 of Miami Township passed away surrounded by his family the morning of October 19, 2018 at the Besthesda North Hospital. Bob was born February 18, 1954, in Cincinnati the son of Robert E. and Mary Loraine (nee Mayfield) Tarter Sr. He was a subcontractor of Xerox in technical support which was a love of his and Bob was a member of the Milford Lodge #54 F&AM. On July 10, 2010 he married Jean Carr Tarter, who survives along with his son and daughter-in-law, Robert E and Samantha Tarter III, daughters and sons-in-law; Lauren Tarter, Rebecca and Bill Powers, Jessica and David Patrick, grandchildren; Tia Tarter and Avery Powers, siblings; Gail (Richard) Wilson, Dave Tarter, Rick Tarter and Donna (Earl) Land. A celebration of his life will begin with a Masonic Service at 7:00PM Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford followed by a Memorial Service officiated by Father Yanca. Family and friends are invited to visit from 5:30 PM until the time of service. His family requests donations in his memory to the American Heart Association.
