It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rodger Craig Ragle, a beloved husband, son, brother, father, papaw and friend left this world on March 29, 2026, at the age of 60. Craig was born on September 10, 1965, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was raised in Cincinnati, moving to Seymour, Tennessee, later on, recently returning to Cincinnati due to health. He was a man of great character and passion, who loved his family and lived life to the fullest.
Craig will be deeply missed by his devoted wife, Renee Ragle, and his loving mother, Clara (Ted) Williams, as well as his father, Gerald A. (Louise) Ragle. He leaves behind an enduring legacy in his sons-Rodger Craig Ragle, Jr., Joshua (Katie) Blust, stepsons-Matthew Morie, and Caleb Morie. He loved and enjoyed being a Papaw. He adored his granddaughter, Autumn, who spent many days and nights at the hospital with him. He is also survived by his brothers, Rob (Melissa) Ragle and Brian (Tonya) Ragle and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Doug Ragle.
As a professional entertainment tour bus driver, Craig enjoyed thrilling adventures on the open road or even around town. He loved riding his Harley and proudly drove his Corvette, truly embracing the joys of life through his passions. A devoted Cincinnati Bengals fan, he carried his team's spirit in his heart, while his enthusiasm for life was matched only by his love for family. He loved working out at the gym and had fun playing card games with family, and sharing laughter and good times . He loved gospel music, which often connected him to his childhood. He will also be remembered for his loyal companion, his fur buddy Xeus. Friends and relatives are invited to share in the celebration of Craig's life during the funeral service to be held at Eastgate Baptist Church on April 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Prior to the service, a visitation will take place at the same location beginning at 10:00 AM. Following the service, Craig will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford. A celebration of life will be held on April 9, 2026 at 6:30 PM at Abide Baptist Church in Knoxville, Tennessee.
As we gather to honor the man he was, we reflect on his enthusiasm for life, the love he had for his family, and the impact he made on everyone he met. His spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him, and his memories will be cherished forever.
