Roger Lee Thompson beloved husband of Janet (nee Aquino) Thompson; loving father of Dale Thompson, Jeffrey Thompson and Aaron Thompson; cherished grandfather of Brooke Thompson Ellis, Justin Thompson, Jessica Thompson and Jeremy Thompson; great grandfather of Chase, Haley, Eve and Renee; dear brother of Yvonne and Yvette. Went home to be with the Lord on Saturday June 18, 2022. Age 81. Residence Cincinnati, Ohio. Roger was born on May 31, 1941 in Springfield, Ohio and was a graduate of Springfield Shawnee High School. He worked and retired as a chemical plant supervisor for Henkel Corporation. Roger was a true "Mr. Fix It" and was gifted with the knowledge and ability to repair things. He loved music, especially his harmonica. Roger was a member of Eastgate Baptist Church. He will be greatly missed and pleasantly remembered. Visitation will be held at Eastgate Baptist Church, 717 Barg Salt Run Road, Cincinnati, OH 45244 on Saturday June 25, 2022 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM at the church. Burial will follow at Mt Moriah Cemetery in Withamsville, Ohio. memorial donations may be given to Eastgate Baptist Church at the above address.
