Ronald Lee Petitt

Ronald Lee Petitt age 74, of Union Township, passed away at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He was born In Mt. Sterling, Kentucky the son of James Henry and Opal Mae (nee Smith) Petitt. He is a very proud U.S. Air Force Veteran and retired from Children's Hospital as a Plant Engineering Supervisor. Ron took great joy in helping with the St Vincent de Paul Food Pantry at St. Veronica Church. He is the beloved husband of Connie (nee Leinberger) Petitt, loving dad of David Petitt, and Karin (Anthony) Wells, devoted grandfather of Annie Wells, dear brother of Sam (Stacey) Petitt. He will be greatly missed by his beloved aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Along with his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his brother Jerry Petitt and sister Bonnie Sanchez. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM, Monday, December 21, 2020 at St. Veronica Church, 4473 Mt Carmel Tobasco Rd., Cincinnati 45244 with visitation starting at 10:00 AM for family and friends. Reverend Pat Crone will celebrate the Mass. His family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials in his honor be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society Food Bank in care of St. Veronica Church
