Lay, Rosa Dean (nee Anderson) - Beloved wife of Wesley Lay Dear mother of Danny Lay, Mary Rogers, Sandy Hubbard, and Stanley Lay. Passed away surrounded by family Thursday August 20, 2015 at her residence in Goshen. Friends may call at the Williams Corner Church of God 6162 St. Route 132 Goshen, Ohio 45122, Tuesday August 25 from 6 PM until time of service at 8 PM. Interment will be in Jellico, Tennessee on Saturday August 29, 2015.
