Rosemary Walters Owens

Rosemary (Walters) Owens, 81, of Milford, passed away peacefully at her home on September 15, 2024. She was born in Bainbridge, Ohio to the late Thomas and Mabel (Mitchell) Walters. She is survived by her children Scott (Susan) Owens, Traci (Mike) Smith, and Todd (Brenda) Owens; grandsons Ben Owens and Kyle Smith; bonus grandchildren Matt Leppert, Danielle (Smith) Amend, Natalie (Smith) Thomas; five great grandchildren, and her sweet pup Annie. Private service to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society at Our Lady of the Valley Parish, 330 W. Vine Street, Reading, Ohio 45215.
