Rosetta N. Masters (nee Brinson), beloved wife of James Masters, devoted mother of Jimmy (Christy) Masters, Becky (Dean) Mugnaini, David (Anna) Masters and Suzanne Ouellette, loving grandmother of Kara, Jamie, Brooklyn, Hannah, Madison, Adam, Daniel, Katelyn, Gavin, Ethan and Destiny, great-grandmother of Jacob, cherished daughter of Bertha Glover Meece and the late Wallace Brinson, dear sister of Bud Brinson, Mike Brinson, Ronnie Brinson, Russell Brinson, David Brinson, Bruce Brinson, Dennis Brinson, John Brinson, Bernice Brinson and Debbie Gibson, also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Passed away on August 18, 2016 at the age of 67 years. She was a resident of Amelia, Ohio. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Tuesday, August 23rd from 6 PM until 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Evans Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
