Ruth Ann Hahn, age 87, went home to be with the Lord on, August 10, 2026.

Ruth was the beloved wife of Melvin Hahn who preceded her in death. She was the endeared mother of Rebecca (Dale) Kanenburg and Rechelle (Greg) Knopf, grandmother to Corey (Kelly) Knopf, Kendra (Will) Duttry, Miranda (Hayden) Boutwell, Rodger Ragle, Josh (Katie) Blust, Jimmy Cooper, Alexis Cooper, Chris Manor, and Eric (Kathy) Schweinberg, and great grandmother to 15 great grandchildren.

A lifelong resident of the greater Cincinnati area, Ruth built a life centered around her faith and her family. A retired school bus driver turned to RV driver, taking trips with Melvin attending gospel signings and visiting her family and friends. Ruth was a talented seamstress and musician who valued passing her skills onto the next generation. Above all, she loved the Lord and enjoyed spending her days volunteering at the print shop assembling Bibles.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Batavia Baptist Temple, 770 S Riverside Dr, Batavia, OH 45103, with funeral services immediately following at 11:00 AM at the same location. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford, Ohio.
Ruth loved and was loved by her family and will be missed by many.
